Buying a puppy and bringing it home is fun and a bit difficult. Our puppy care guide will help you give your puppy the best start in life and avoid potential problems in the future.

Up to 8 weeks - before bringing the puppy home

Before you bring them home, you need to prepare new puppies for home:

8-12 weeks - bring your puppy home

Meeting other healthy, fully vaccinated dogs and cats.
Carrying them out on the street to introduce them to new people, sights and sounds.

12 weeks - puppy training and socialization

6 months - further training and sterilization of dogs

Puppies are still learning, so continue with award-based training and keep a positive experience.

Talk with your veterinarian if you have any concerns about your puppy.
If your puppy is ready to switch to more advanced dog training classes.
Nutrition needs will change, and your puppy will need to gradually switch to adult dog food.
If you have not already done so, ask your veterinarian for sterilization.
